We’re excited to announce the release of v1.0.14, our latest software update. Thanks to  your feedback and continued support, this release brings a host of bug fixes, powerful new  features, and enhancements designed to make your experience easier, faster, and more  robust than ever. 

Under the Hood: Bug Fixes and Quality of Life Improvements 

We’ve been listening and have combed through every detail our users have shared. Here’s  a look at some critical issues we’ve squashed: 

• Vodafone Italy profiles now apply correctly; users no longer need to enter settings  manually. 
• LTE cell binding is smoother as we’ve eliminated errors when binding multiple cells  and fixed connection hang-ups after reboot reported by a few users. 
• The WatchDog feature now keeps your preferred check interval after cell binding  and more smoothly re-establishes connectivity when needed. 
• User Profile connection settings are now reliably saved for those using the  ‘Generic’ carrier profile with manually supplied connection settings. 
• Telemetry connection status was found to be using an unexpected amount of  data; this has now been resolved. 
• 5G secondary carrier channels and Manual LTE Bindings are correctly rendered with the correct PCI value now displayed for 5G cells and help text for LTE bindings  no longer truncated. 
• Factory Resets now thoroughly clear local tower search info, ensuring a true fresh  start. 

What’s New: Features & Enhancements 

We’ve also worked hard to add useful new features and improve your overall experience: 

• International Friendly Login 

The factory default login credentials have been updated to support more keyboard  layouts worldwide.

• New IG Hardware Ready 

Full support for upcoming IG v1.2 hardware featuring multiple dual SIM failover  functionalities. 

• Expanded Carrier Profiles 

We’ve added and updated support for: 

• T-Mobile Business & Home Internet 
• Telekom Germany 
• Wave Connect 
• AT&T Internet Air & 5G SA Hotspot 
• Google Fi 
• Vodafone Germany 
• GCI 
• Tailscale Upgraded to v1.86.2 

Not just a version upgrade, now your IG unit can serve as a Tailscale Exit Node or  route all traffic through a valid exit node—making secure remote access and private  networking easier than ever before. 

• Connectivity Checks 

Improved Modem Info and WatchDog checks to cut down on false positives related  to hostname resolution issues. 

• UI Enhancements 
• Modem Info and similar pages are reworked for easy reading with logical  groups and clean, consistent typography. 
• Most pages are now visually aligned, using harmonious typeface throughout. 
• All-New Data Usage Feature 

Track your data usage like never before: 

• Innovative tracking by carrier billing date (not just by the calendar month) • Current stats available every 60 seconds 
• View total usage summaries and detailed Download/Upload stats
• Total usage summary available under the Modem Info page with more  granular details available under the Data Usage menu and Telemetry page 
• Access up to 12 months of historical usage under the Data Usage menu,  with drilldowns to daily usage by type 
• Export history to .CSV for personal analysis and record-keeping • Telemetry Improvements 
• Uptime (“upTime”) is now measured in raw seconds for better automation  compatibility 
• New sections for secondary LTE/5G carrier info 
• Data usage stats included for the current billing period 

On the Horizon: What We’re Working on Next 

We’re not stopping here! Planned features in the pipeline include: 

• Remote Batch Updates 

Manage software updates across multiple IG devices simultaneously. 

• UI Experience 

We’re committed to further refining interface responsiveness and usability. 

• Tailscale Enhancements 

Evaluating options for split-tunnel routing scenarios, giving you more networking  flexibility. 

• User Profiles Settings Visibility 

Exploring a new ‘List Settings’ option so you can quickly preview all settings  contained in a User Profile before making changes.
