InvisaGig Warranty

Net Solution Shop, LLC ("Net Solution Shop") offers a limited warranty for its InvisaGig product ("Product") to the original purchaser ("Customer") for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). This limited warranty is provided against defects in materials and workmanship of the Product and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Warranty Coverage

During the Warranty Period, Net Solution Shop will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective Product that is determined to be a result of a manufacturing defect or general workmanship. Net Solution Shop reserves the right to use new, reconditioned, or refurbished parts or products in the repair or replacement of the defective Product. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remaining Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.


This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, natural disasters, power surges or outages, alterations, or modifications to the Product, or any other cause beyond the control of Net Solution Shop. This warranty also does not cover damage resulting from the use of the Product with incompatible hardware or software, or any damage caused by third-party accessories or components.

Cellular Carrier Plan Acceptance and Speeds

Net Solution Shop does not guarantee that the Product will be compatible with any specific cellular carrier plan or that the Product will provide any specific data transfer speeds. Net Solution Shop does not guarantee any particular signal strength at any location. The Customer must ensure that the Product is accepted by their cellular plan and carrier before purchase.

Antenna Upgrade and Signal Strength

Net Solution Shop does not provide nor guarantee any improvement in cellular signal strength through antenna upgrade. The Customer may upgrade their antenna at their own discretion and expense.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact Net Solution Shop's customer service department via email at [email protected], or fill out the Warranty Claim Form at the bottom of this document. The Customer must provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase, and a description of the problem. Net Solution Shop will provide instructions for returning the defective Product, and the Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the Product to Net Solution Shop; or their Product retailer. The repaired or replaced Product will be shipped back to the Customer at Net Solution Shop's expense.

Warranty Transfer

This warranty is non-transferrable without the original first owner purchase receipt.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Net Solution Shop for the Product, and no other warranties or representations, whether express or implied, are made or intended. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net Solution Shop disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Net Solution Shop be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or revenue, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product, even if Net Solution Shop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This warranty and any disputes arising out of or related to this warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

Acceptance of Warranty

The use of the Product by the Customer infers acceptance of this warranty and agreement to all of its terms and conditions. The Customer acknowledges that this warranty represents the entire agreement between Net Solution Shop and the Customer regarding the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.


Net Solution Shop reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, without prior notice, in its sole discretion. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on Net Solution Shop's website.


The names "InvisaGig" and tag line "Super Simple. Crazy Fast." As well as associated logos are trademarks of Net Solution Shop, LLC and Asoor Enterprises, LLC. Unauthorized use of these trademarks and logos is strictly prohibited.
